Working with your AutoCad (.DWG) file, our online floor plans can be implemented quickly for any size trade show and provide significant benefits for show management, exhibitors and attendees. Our map technology also includes EventMingle's custom exhibitor and product locator system making it extremely simple for attendees to find exhibitors offering specific products and services.

Our Exhibit Hall Wayfinding Solution.

Think of EventMingle's exhibit hall walking map as an interactive wayfinding application. When attendees add exhibitors to their custom Daily Planner, a custom, color coded walking map is created for them. They simply print and take it with them to the event.

Custom Exhibitor Product Locator.

Working with our clients, each custom EventMingle site we build includes an exhibitor product and services directory. Exhibitors complete a short survey indicating the products and services they offer. Attendees can then have the map color code the exhibitor's booth location based on these selections.

We do all the work!

We manage the creating and building of the map for you. You simply provide us with your AutoCAD (.DWG) file and a .pdf version of your map (for proofing) and our professional services group does the rest.
