FALLS CITY, NE – Reducing airborne dust
particulates and pollutants to acceptable, safe levels is critical for plant
operation and worker safety. AIRLANCO, the Nebraska-based manufacturer of air
management systems, provides its customers with complete engineering of dust
collection systems. AIRLANCO’s complete line of dust control equipment –
including Cyclones, Airlocks, Bin Vents, Pulse Jet Filters, Reverse Air
Filters, Cartridge Filters, Filter Media, and other equipment – can be
customized to suit the application. As technologies and emission regulations
evolve, so too does AIRLANCO. The company will recommend the most efficient and
economical dust collection solution to suit each application.
For general ventilation or dust control at the source, AIRLANCO
dust collectors are designed for cost effective dust, fume, and particulate
removal. For even more energy savings, customers can recirculate the exhaust
air. Industries served include wood, grain, food, feed, cement, mining,
chemicals, and more.
Retire costly aging systems or retrofit existing equipment
with AIRLANCO dust collection equipment. Equipment includes these products and
more:
Pulse Jet Bin Vents utilize pulse jet action to
keep pneumatic systems running clean and in compliance with air quality
regulations. They filter leftover product dust and debris that is captured
in the conveyed air before it is vented from storage bins.
- E-86 Cartridge Filters include pleated, washable Spun
bonded polyester filters to provide very high filtration efficiencies in a
compact unit. A slope-sided collection hopper mounted below the
cartridge housing receives the dust and debris dislodged from the
cartridge filter elements by the pulsed air.
- RLP Reverse Air Filters include an integral fan to
provide thorough and efficient bag filter cleaning without the expense of
a compressed air supply. Dust collection efficiency is maintained as each
filter bag is cleaned during each cleaning arm revolution.
- Dust
Collection Cyclones are custom built to meet the users’ clean air
needs, maximizing collection efficiency and cutting overall costs. HE Cyclones can be ganged to handle high-moisture,
high-temperature, and high air-volume applications.
- Fabricated Airlocks come with Urethane wipers for an
extremely tight fit between rotor and housing that is ideal for handling
dust collection. Models handle grain, food, feed, and dust
collection where pressure differentials are 20" of water column or
less.
- Pulse Jet Filters handle demanding dust
collection jobs, have no moving parts to wear out, and come in compact,
top- and side-access modular housings that fit a wide range of facility
layouts.
·
Bag Dump Stations collect dust generated when
dumping powdered, granular, or pelletized materials from bags, boxes, drums,
and other containers, and then return the material to the hopper to eliminate
waste.
·
Filter Media – AIRLANCO offers
several filter media options to suit most applications. Pleated polyester, for
instance, which is used in industrial baghouse filters for dust removal in air
temperatures up to 275°F, provides a good combination of strength, efficiency,
durability, and cost effectiveness.
AIRLANCO
maintains a wide range of in-stock dust collection equipment. To keep your dust
collection system operating at peak efficiency, AIRLANCO also offers a
comprehensive catalog of replacement parts and accessories.
