(engineer/ procure/construct) team led either by the construction partner or the project owner. The second way
 to hire Baisch is as a true “owners engineer” working directly for the owner of the project.

Baisch Engineering, Inc. is a full service engineering firm.  Engineering services consist of consulting and design engineering in the areas of civil, structural, architectural, process, instrumentation & process controls, and electrical. With a very strong history in the pulp & paper industry (50 years), we are accustomed to very large capital projects including fully integrated engineering for new facilities, expansion projects, and upgrades.

Baisch rates are very competitive.  Although we do not necessarily win customers based on our rates alone, they are highly competitive at 13% below the national average and 9% below the regional average. Total Baisch fees (total engineering cost for a project) are about 2/3 of the industry norm for a full service project. Equally important to rates is efficiency.  The experience of our team, with a tenure at Baisch that averages 16 years (more than double the industry average), results in major efficiencies and use of hours. We often receive referrals from clients who say our engineering quality is hard to match. We also have a high number of employees who are Professional Engineers – approximately 25% of our staff.
